The Entity Manager is the central contact management system for all people and companies within a LawManager system. It contains a group of tools to manage an organization-wide name, address, and telephone directory. Each entity (for example, person, company, or vendor) is classified with an entity type, such as Attorney, Client, Law Firm, or Court. Each entity can be related to other entities (for example, Judge to Court, Outside Attorney to Law Firm.) The Entity Manager also is used to manage the firm's attorneys and other staff, and many firms use it as the foundation for an internal legal staff directory. Within Case Management Financials, the Entity Manager is the foundation of the Corporate Secretary Manager.
