Integrating Bridgeway Suite with Microsoft Outlook allows the following:
§ The linking of appointments and tasks system-wide for all records (System Administrator function)
§ The ability to "invite" resources such as rooms and AV equipment. This feature can be used as a reservation for the resources.
§ Additionally, a premium feature (Bridgeway Link) is available that allows users to attach e-mails to a matter using a drag-and-drop operation (eCounsel only).
Your System Administrator must first establish certain settings in order for Microsoft Outlook to integrate with Bridgeway Suite.
When editing or creating a calendar item, you will be required to enter your Microsoft Outlook password if Microsoft Outlook is not currently open.
