Activity

The Activity tab is used to record activity regarding the invoice (for example, when the invoice was sent to accounts payable). If needed, your firm can add a business logic script to automatically record status changes or adjustment changes to the invoice. The Activity tab, which is accessed by clicking on the tab in the binder section of the Invoices notebook, displays in tabular view as described below.

Activity Date

The date the invoice-related activity occurred.

Activity Type

The type of activity. This field is a dropdown of common activities.
