The Corporate Secretary notebook is used to track the customer's corporate structure. However, the Corporate Secretary has been designed to enable a customer to also track the corporate structure of any corporation that exists in their database. The main (or header) section of the Corporate Secretary notebook contains general data that describes the corporate aspect of a subsidiary, or corporate entity, which is partially or wholly owned by a parent company. The corporate entity may in fact be a parent company to other subsidiaries. The corporate entity refers to the entity instance that is represented in the header of the notebook. Note that the Corporate Secretary notebook inherits from the base Entities notebook. Many of the tabs that appear on the Entity notebook are retained in the Corporate Secretary notebook.
