Before configuring Bridgeway Suite to integrate with Lotus Notes (version 5.0.2b or later), the Lotus Domino server program must be installed and running on a server-class computer. Additionally, the client software must be installed and setup on each user's computer.

Once the integration has been established by the System Administrator using Suite Manager, the Calendar List page will display on each user's Bridgeway Suite application. The user may set preferences within Bridgeway Suite using the Calendar settings on the Preferences tab of the Tools menu.
