Employees

The Employees tab displays all of the employees for a company or law firm. This tab is read-only. There is no limit to the number of employees that can be entered for a company. The Employees tab is accessed by clicking on the tab in the binder section of the following notebook(s): Entities, Vendors, Corporate Secretary. If you have questions about entering or modifying tab data, refer to Adding Tab Data, Updating Tab Data, or Deleting Tab Data.

Note: This tab only displays for entities that are companies.

Description

Required (Y/N)

Type

The entity type. This field is read-only.

Y

Name

The entity's name if the entity is a company. This field is read-only.

Y

Title

The entity's title. This field is read-only.

Y

Office

The office where the employee is based. This field is read-only.

N

Prefix

The prefix associated with the entity if the entity is a person. This field is read-only.

N

First Name

The first name of the entity if the entity is a person. This field is read-only.

N

Middle

The middle name of the entity if the entity is a person. This field is read-only.

N

Last Name

The last name of the entity if the entity is a person. This field is read-only.

N

Suffix

The suffix of the entity if the entity is a person. This field is read-only.

N

Status

Indicates if the entity is Active or Inactive. This field is read-only.
