The History and Notes tab allows for the documentation of history and other notes of interest associated with a corporate entity. It is inherited from the standard Notes tab that is associated with the base Entities notebook.
The History and Notes tab is accessed by clicking on the tab in the binder section of the Corporate Secretary notebook. If you have questions about entering or modifying tab data, refer to Adding Tab Data, Updating Tab Data, or Deleting Tab Data. The History and Notes tab displays in tabular view as described below.

A freeform field used to provide information about the history or status of the respective corporate entity displayed in the header of the notebook. Enter or view the contents of this field without scrolling by clicking to display the Memo dialog box. Modifications in the Memo dialog box are immediately transferred to this field. |
